PER CURIAM.

On October 31, 1978, Charles H. Wrightman (hereinafter defendant) was found to be in contempt of court by Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Peter B. Spivak for violating a permanent injunctive order abating a public nuisance which was entered by the judge June 17, 1977. Defendant was sentenced to six months in jail and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine. He now appeals as of right.
