Plaintiff-appellant, Asbury United Methodist Church, appeals from a final judgment of the Toledo Municipal Court dismissing the first cause of action in the complaint by which plaintiff sought restitution and possession of certain real property, and dismissing the second cause of action by which plaintiff sought a judgment for rent owing under the lease.
