Appellants Robles and Prescott were both employed at Orkin Exterminating Company and were acting during the course of and in the scope of their employment when an auto accident occurred on June 3, 1976. Prescott was operating a vehicle furnished by Orkin when the accident occurred and Robles was a passenger. Orkin had leased the vehicle from B.M. Equipment, Inc. Robles was injured as result of the accident and received workmen...
