PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged with breaking and entering an occupied dwelling with the intent to commit the crime of larceny therein, in violation of MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305. The jury found him guilty as charged. He was sentenced to a prison term of 4 to 15 years and appeals as of right.
