By the fourth and fifth causes of action set forth in the complaint, the wife of the injured plaintiff Ronald Klejmont sues to recover damages for injuries to her back allegedly sustained in her home while caring for her injured husband. It is her contention that the defendants caused the injury to her husband by negligently permitting snow and ice to accumulate at the entrance to the Valley School and that it is a further consequence...
