Rex S. Miller, the Nebraska guardian and conservator for Frederick J. Miller, appeals from a judgment awarding attorney fees to Eric W. Severson who petitioned for the appointment of a Kansas guardian and conservator for Frederick J. Miller. At the time the petition was filed, Severson was aware that Frederick Miller had a guardian and conservator in Nebraska. Laboring under a number of theories, the Nebraska guardian and conservator challenges jurisdiction...
