William Wohlfahrt and Herbert Damrow are charged, in separate complaints, with various crimes. At their initial appearance, each reserved all objections to the trial court's jurisdiction over them. They were released on their personal recognizance with no additional conditions imposed by the court. Each filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus challenging the jurisdiction of the trial court.
