This case is before us on respondent's motion for summary judgment. There are no disputed facts and petitioner agrees that the case can be disposed of on respondent's motion. The issue is whether petitioner is liable for self-employment tax in the amounts determined by respondent of $618.72 and $854.35 for the taxable years 1974 and 1975, respectively.
