This is an action of contract in which the plaintiff seeks to recover for electrical supplies and labor supplied to the defendant. The answer is a general denial, and further sets forth payment and that the action was not commenced within the time prescribed by law. The Court found for the plaintiff in the amount of $2,397.85.
