This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County overruling an order of the Maryland Workmen's Compensation Commission. Appellant, Robert E. Carter, was employed as a laborer by M.V. Construction Corporation (M.V.), appellee. The insurance carrier for M.V. was the U.S. Fidelity and Guaranty Company, also an appellee in this case.
