Defendant's petition for reconsideration of the order of July 5, 1979, is presently before the court. This court had previously sustained the preliminary objections of defendant Samuel McReynolds, Jr. which raised the issue of improper service and lack of personal jurisdiction over him, pending submission of plaintiff's affidavit of compliance with Pa.R.C.P. 2079, which was thereafter tendered.
