This is an appeal by the plaintiff, a certified school librarian (G.L.c. 71, §§ 38G and 38H), from a judgment entered in the Superior Court in favor of the defendant school committee on his complaint for a declaratory judgment under G.L.c. 231A. The principal question presented for consideration is whether the plaintiff had acquired tenure at discretion under the provisions of G.L.c.
