In this action for declaratory relief, the trial court, upon cross-motions for summary judgment, entered judgment in favor of the appellee insurance carrier. The appellee had previously denied uninsured motorist coverage to appellant who was struck and injured by an uninsured motorist as she was standing near a car waiting to assist the named insured with the task of putting tire chains on the rear tires of the car.
