This case arises on a petition for review by Alumbaugh Coal Corporation and a cross-petition for enforcement of an order of the National Labor Relations Board finding that Alumbaugh violated sections 8(a)(1), 8(a)(3), and 8(a)(5) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1), 158(a)(3), and 158(a)(5) (1976), during efforts by the United Mine Workers of America to organize employees at the corporation's strip mining operation...
