Defendants appeal an adverse decree entered in this Declaratory Judgment proceeding. The issues presented involve a dispute over the existence and extent of an easement retained by plaintiffs1 when they sold a portion of their land to defendants, and over the existence and extent of a right of first refusal in defendants with respect to adjoining property retained by plaintiffs...
