Defendant has appealed from the judgment of his conviction of the crime of theft, in violation of sec. 943.20(1) (b), Stats.1 Prior to entering his plea of no contest, defendant moved to suppress evidence consisting of copies of records pertaining to his personal checking account in First Bank of La Crosse.
