BARNES, Justice:

In March of 1973, Samuel and Margie Young, husband and wife, obtained a consolidation loan from Beneficial Finance Company Lawton, Oklahoma. The principal amount of the debt was $3,359.44. The total amount of the note signed by the parties, which included interest and other charges including credit life insurance, was $4,494.00.
