On October 21, 1976, the decedent executed an eight-page typewritten will with all of the formalities required by statute. Appellant Bockin's name appeared in that will six times in connection with dispositive provisions whereby she was to receive a specific bequest of decedent's personal effects, rent-free use of premises, and she was to be the income beneficiary of a testamentary...
