This diversity action applying Oklahoma law was brought by Paul and Marsha Polin against Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. for damages resulting from alleged invasions of privacy. The trial court granted defendant's motion for summary judgment on the ground that the applicable statute of limitations barred the action.
