HENDLEY, Judge.

Defendant entered a plea of guilty to the crime of arson of an automobile, his ex-wife's car, on March 2, 1979. He received a suspended sentence, except for sixty days, and was placed on three years probation. Special conditions of probation were that he was not to contact his ex-wife and he was "to make restitution in the amount of $3,450.00, to be paid at the rate of $150.00 per month, such payments to begin upon his release from...
