Harrison Leach was convicted by a jury of one count of violating 18 U.S.C.A. § 371 by conspiring to commit offenses against the United States, specifically mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. §§ 1341 and 1342, and of seven counts of mail fraud in violation of these same statutes.
