Glenn Hofferber appeals from a 1978 judgment and order establishing a civil conservatorship under the Lanterman-Petris-Short (LPS) Act. (Welf. & Inst. Code, §§ 5000 et seq., 5350 et seq. Subsequent statutory references are to the Welfare and Institutions Code unless otherwise indicated.)
