This Indian Claims case returns to us1 on several issues involving valuation by the Indian Claims Commission (Commission) of lands ceded by appellants to the United States in the 1795 Treaty of Greenville, 7 Stat. 49, and the effect upon appellants' claims of consideration they received from the Government under the treaty.
