John C. Frank, the plaintiff-appellee and cross-appellant, originally brought an action against Victoria Murdock Bloom, the defendant-appellant, to recover his attorney's fees for services rendered to Mrs. Bloom during a period starting June 4, 1971 and continuing to April 10, 1973.
