Donald Angus McNulty has filed a petition in this Court for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (1976). Petitioner was convicted of murder in the First Circuit Court of the State of Hawaii on June 19, 1975. On August 13, 1975 he was sentenced to 20 years imprisonment.
