GUNDERSON, Justice:

A jury found appellant Bonacci guilty of knowingly and intentionally attempting to sell LSD, a controlled substance. See NRS 453.321(1). On appeal, appellant contends the district court deprived him of a fair trial, by denying his motion for a change of venue, by denying his motion for a mistrial based on prosecutorial misconduct, by certain evidentiary rulings, and by incorrect jury instructions on entrapment.
