This action arises out of the sale of a specially constructed truck to the plaintiffs, Henry and Jackie Lieb. On January 17, 1977, the Liebs entered into an agreement calling for the purchase of a 1977 Chevrolet van from defendant, Milne. Milne was to convert that van into a refrigerated carrier.
