The issue before this Court on certiorari is whether a lease agreement between petitioners-landlords and respondent-tenant relieves the tenant from liability for negligently causing a fire in the leased premises. The district court decided that the lease provisions did not absolve the tenant from liability and denied his motion for summary judgment.
