Minwer Badwan and Rawhi Badwan appeal their convictions under 26 U.S.C. § 7206(1) for filing false federal income tax returns. They raise three issues on appeal: the denial of their motions for a continuance of the trial date, the denial of their untimely motion to suppress evidence, and the sufficiency of the evidence to prove all elements of a violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7206(1).
