Brink and John Eline on behalf of all members of their union and the various employee benefit trust funds it sponsored, against Leo DaLesio and Alfred Bell and two companies owned wholly by Bell, Fund Administration, Inc. and Alfred Bell, Inc., was heard by the Court in May, 1980.
