This matter is before us on defendants-appellants' appeal from a decision of the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County which approved a referee's report and granted judgment for the plaintiff-appellee, Mary T. Tighe, by ordering specific performance of a real estate purchase contract for the purchase of defendants' condominium.
