ENSLEN, District Judge.
This is an action brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) 28 U.S.C. § 2671, et seq. as authorized by the National Swine Flu Immunization Act of 1976, 42 U.S.C. § 247b(k)(1). Plaintiffs filed their Complaint on June 20, 1978 after complying with the administrative claims procedure required by the FTCA.
