Plaintiff appellant M.K. Transport, Inc. (M.K.), an Idaho corporation, and defendant respondent Louis Grover, dba Louis Grover Trucking (Grover), entered into a written contract in March 1971. The contract provided that M.K. would purchase trucks and trailers and hire and supervise drivers for the equipment.
