Presently before the Court is the Motion of the Defendants, Tenneco, Inc., Tenneco Chemicals, Inc., and Tenneco Oil Company (hereinafter referred to collectively as Tenneco), to disqualify the Plaintiffs' counsel and the Plaintiffs' response thereto.
