Count 1 of an indictment filed March 5, 1980, charged defendant, James Edward Graham, with concealing a person from arrest in violation of 18 U.S.C. Section 1071. Count 2 charged Graham and defendants, Gerald Edward Durall and Ronald Gene Durall, with misprision of felony in violation of 18 U.S.C. Section 4.
