CORNISH, Presiding Judge:

On May 16, 1979, the petitioner was convicted of Carrying a Firearm, After Former Conviction of a Felony, in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-79-53. He was sentenced to one (1) year in prison and posted an appeal bond in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).
