On appeal from a conviction for Second Degree Murder in Washita County, Case No. CRF-79-2, wherein punishment was fixed at thirty (30) years' imprisonment the appellant, Billy Ray Evans, hereinafter referred to as defendant, has alleged in his first assignment of error that the evidence is insufficient to support the verdict of the jury for the reason that the testimony of defense witnesses...
