Appellant, Shelter-Lite, Inc. (now known as Seaman Corporation) brought a patent infringement action against appellee, Reeves Brothers, Inc., in the Northern District of Ohio. Shelter-Lite alleged that Reeves Brothers, by the manufacture and sale of a cloth product, infringed its patent.
