The cause now before the Court arises out of incidents occurring while plaintiff was incarcerated at Maxwell Air Force Base Federal Prison Camp. Plaintiff has brought suit against the United States and certain individual federal employees for alleged violations of his rights under the Fifth and Eighth Amendments to the United States Constitution and for negligent treatment during the course of his incarceration at Maxwell Federal...
