In 1977 Jack C. Rifen was convicted under 18 U.S.C. § 287 and 26 U.S.C. §§ 7203 and 7205. United States v. Rifen, 577 F.2d 1111 (8th Cir. 1978). Rifen was sentenced to a one year prison term and two years probation subsequent to his release from confinement.
