This is a suit for an alleged deprivation of civil rights under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985 and 1986. Plaintiff's house was destroyed by fire. Defendant Wilkerson, as part of his duties as a fire safety inspector employed by the Louisiana State Fire Marshal's Office, investigated the fire at plaintiff's home.
