Defendant-appellant Carl Melvin Love was charged in Madison Superior Court with burglary, Ind. Code § 35-43-2-1 (Burns 1979 Repl.), and robbery, Ind. Code § 35-42-5-1 (Burns 1979 Repl.). Appellant was a juvenile at the time these crimes were committed. After a hearing on the prosecutor's motion, appellant was waived into Madison Superior Court to stand trial as an adult.
