The appellant, Eisenhower Young, was charged by the grand jury for the Eastern District of Missouri with four counts of violating 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Count One charged that Young knowingly and intentionally distributed 13.88 grams of heroin to Albert Moore, a government informant, on December 27, 1976, by aiding and abetting Wilbert Williams when the latter actually distributed heroin.
