The Attorney General filed a complaint against this defendant alleging several violations of the Colorado Consumer Protection Act § 6-1-101, et seq., C.R.S. 1973. Thereafter, the parties entered into a consent decree agreement under the provisions of § 6-1-110(2), C.R.S. 1973 (1979 Cum. Supp.).
