McMILLIAN, Circuit Judge.

Appellant James Harvey Bradley, Jr. appeals from a judgment entered by the district court1 denying his amended petition for writ of habeas corpus. The effect of this judgment is to uphold the decision of the United States Parole Commission (Commission or Parole Commission) revoking appellant's parole. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
