Wiley Manufacturing Company (Wiley) and M. J. Rudolph Stevedoring Corporation (Rudolph) appeal the district court's judgment in favor of General Electric Company (GE) after a trial without a jury. There were numerous parties plaintiff and other defendants in the original actions.
