This is an appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana awarding damages and interest in favor of the plaintiff-appellee American Cyanamid Company (Cyanamid) and against the defendant-appellant Electrical Industries, Inc. in solido with the defendant Dominick C. Carrone, Jr., d/b/a Nical Electric Co. Our review of the record on appeal reveals no clear error in the district court's findings...
