SAMUEL, Judge.
Plaintiff, A. D. Freeman, filed this suit for damages resulting from an alleged libel. The defendant answered, denying liability and affirmatively pleading the truth of the statements made by him, lack of injury to plaintiff as a result of the statements, and qualified privilege because the statements were made in defendant's capacity as an attorney in a judicial proceeding.
