This is an expropriation proceeding brought by Louisiana Resources Company to obtain a servitude for a 12-inch, high pressure gas pipeline across property owned by defendants, Wally Langlinais, John Calvin Langlinais and Delores Ann L. Primeaux. The trial judge's award is itemized as follows:
