This criminal case involves multiple counts of bank fraud, mail fraud, and conspiracy allegedly committed by five defendants. Two of the defendants, E. A. Gregory and Vonna Jo Gregory, have filed a motion seeking to have me recuse myself.1 For the reasons set forth below, the Court denies the motion to recuse.
